The Boat Donation Program - How It Works

This is a worksheet describing two sample boat donation scenarios that show you how the numbers work and indicate what you are likely to net from your donation. Often the numbers are very favourable, and what you save is both time and trouble.


Below are two examples of how the program works in terms of finances:

Example A: 20-foot pleasure craft - appraised value of $30,000
1. Selling through Brokerage
